At 13:22 Beijing time on August 29, 2024, under the organization and command of the Sea Launch Team of Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center (TSLC), Galactic Energy successfully completed the sea-launched version of Ceres I (Remote 3) (mission code: How Far I'll Go) launch mission in the sea off Shandong Province, and successfully delivered six satellites into the 535 km space range, namely, Yunyao I 15-17, Jitianxing A-03, Suxing I 01, and Tianfu Gaofen II satellites. 03, Su Xing I 01 and Tian Fu Gaofen II.

The three satellites of Yunyao No.1 15-17 (Beiyang Haitang Fund No.1, Tianjin University Science and Technology Park No.1, and Venture Knowledge Society No.1) are in the same technical status, and the user is Tianjin Yunyao Aerospace Science and Technology Co. The satellites are equipped with GNSS occultation payloads and long-wave infrared cameras, and are mainly used to provide meteorological observation services.

Jitianxing A-03 (Suzhou No. 1), as the inaugural satellite of the Jitianxing A optical remote sensing satellite constellation, is independently developed and operated by Suzhou Jitianxingzhou Space Technology Co., Ltd. and is equipped with a hyperspectral remote sensing payload, which is mainly used for the verification of high-resolution optical remote sensing technology.

Suxing 01 satellite is equipped with a hyperspectral remote sensing payload, mainly used for high-resolution optical remote sensing technology verification. The development unit of SuXing-101 is Shanghai Aerospace Science and Technology Co. The satellite is equipped with an optical camera payload, which is mainly used for the verification of optical remote sensing imaging technology.

Tianfu Gaofen 2 satellite (Huaxiangyuan 1) is developed by Hunan Hangsheng Satellite Technology Co. The satellite is equipped with a hyperspectral camera payload, mainly used to provide hyperspectral remote sensing data services.

This mission is the third sea launch mission accomplished by Star Power Space Corporation, and also the first time for Ceres 1 Sea Launch to carry out a medium- and far-sea launch mission, further verifying the flexible orbit and mission adaptability of the Sea Launch.

As the only private rocket type that can take into account both land and sea launch platforms, Ceres 1 commercial launch vehicle has realized flexible orbit adaptability and high-density launch capability, and is able to satisfy the launch needs of different satellite users to the greatest extent possible.

Up to now, Galactic Energy Space has served 23 satellite customers and successfully launched 54 commercial satellites.
